Casa Valle Verde, built in the early 20th century, is nestled in the lush, green mountains of Brugnato, in the heart of the Val di Vara, close to the Vara river, perfect for swimming or relaxing by the water and just 30 minutes from the famous Cinque Terre coastaline.
Our four charming apartments are situated next to our vineyard, beside picturesque and ancient olive trees, each featuring a private entrance with a terrace or balcony.

Perched on the hills above Brugnato, our property offers a beautiful panoramic view of the Val di Vara, although you're immersed in the countryside, the charming village of Brugnato is just a 4-minute drive down the hill. There you'll find everything you need: shops, cafés, restaurants, a supermarket, pharmacy, entrance to the highway and other essential services.
Within just 25 minutes, you can exchange the nature and tranquility and escape to the stunning coast of Cinque Terre or, within an hour you can reach Pisa and Lucca to the south or Genua to the north, Florence is 1.5 hours away.
